We're sorry to see you go. Below you can request the deletion of your account and associated data. Verified requests are processed within 30 days.
What to expect
1. Data removal
Upon processing, your personal profile, national ID data, and cooperative affiliations will be permanently removed from our active systems.
2. Agricultural history
Your field mapping, crop logs, and advisory history will be deleted. This action is irreversible.
3. Legal retention
Financial transaction records must be retained for legal and tax compliance in accordance with Ugandan law for a period of up to 7 years.
Heads up. Processing usually takes 48–72 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
